Trier Social Stress Test

Trier Social Stress Test is a measuring stick. Use it on yourself before you use it on others; the readings are more honest that way.

What this concept offers is a pause — one extra beat between what happens and what you do about it. Civilisation, someone said, is measured in that beat.
